Due to unforeseen circumstances with traffic, job complexity, etc., appointment times cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to be at the appointment on the selected day, 

but exact appointments times cannot be determined. 

You must call or email to cancel an appointment no later than morning of appointment. 

If a tech arrives and the vehicle is not ready or there, a service fee will be charged.

*We only work at certified and insured repair facilities 

and cannot perform services at residentials.
